Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed through this boutique. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of them.

Orders and contract

A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may decline an order where a piece is unavailable or where payment cannot be verified.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the selected currency and include EU VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider.

Delivery and risk

Estimated delivery times are indicative. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes on full payment.

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, matching our 14-day returns policy. Custom-made pieces are excluded from the statutory withdrawal right.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
